Questions
Do I need an account to use Sideview?
No. The free version works straight after install and uses the AI accounts you’re already signed in to in Chrome. You only need a Sideview account for Pro.
Can Sideview see my conversations?
No. Sideview shows each AI site in Chrome’s side panel, the same way a tab would. It doesn’t read your chats or the pages you visit, and it has no analytics.
Do I need API keys or a paid AI plan?
No. Sideview opens the providers’ own websites, so whatever plan you have with them, free or paid, works as usual.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your account page, any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome 116 or later. Edge and Brave, which are built on Chrome, should work too.
